Now that we have looked at how to create a job posting and how to manage the incoming applicants, I will introduce the statistics function within HR-ON Recruit.
Click on the tab called Statistics in the top menu. Here you see an overview of the statistics for your job postings and recruitment activity. There are a number of different graphs. Of course, more data will appear here as you use the system more.
You can also click on the blue button in the top right, which says Statistics - Job posting overview, and then you can see the statistics for a specific job posting.
A pop-up window will appear with a list of all your job postings. To see the stats for one job posting, click on the View statistics icon in the far right column.
Here, you can see a number of different statistics and graphs about the activity on your job postings and the applicants. It can be very useful and beneficial to get an understanding of how and when your applicants apply, and also where they found your job posting. These statistics also allow you to monitor the cost and performance of each job posting, so that you can spot success patterns and adjust your future recruitment.
The statistics show:
- Where the applicants have found your job posting (e.g. your website, LinkedIn, etc.)
- The most common times and days when applicants applied
- Demographics of applicants, including, gender, age and location distribution
- Data on your handling of the applicants
- And the cost and performance statistics
We hope you find this article useful and now have a better understanding of the statistics in HR-ON Recruit.
