Learn how to create a department in HR-ON Staff.
- Go to Settings > Departments.
- Click on 'Add new department' and fill in some of the information. You must fill in at least the name of the department under the word 'Name'.
- You can decide if you want the new department to be a subdivision of an already existing department. Click in the box under 'Parent Department'. A drop-down list of existing departments will appear, and you can select the desired parent department for your new department.
- When you are ready, select ‘Save and Close’.
